Keystone’s range of services extends far beyond simply acting as a builder. We can work with our clients to take their house ideas from the “back of a napkin” phase all the way through construction plans. Keystone tries to promote a team atmosphere for every project, and we’re happy to work in conjunction with independent architects and designers.

Our Design / Build services continue through all phases of construction. We help guide the entire building process, offering input on design decisions and material selections. This can help relieve a tremendous burden from our clients as we keep the project on schedule and on budget. Ultimately, our clients will enjoy a much lower stress construction process while saving time and money.

Plan Development

Our design team can start with plans in their conceptual phase and transform them into full construction documents. We work with our clients as the plans are developed to understand their individual tastes and home amenity requirements. Our in house architectural drafting capabilities allow us to easily and efficiently revise plans until our clients are satisfied.

Design Services

Keystone offers full interior and exterior design services. These services include plumbing and electrical layout plans,fixture selections and mechanical design. We can help with every material selection that goes into building a house. From windows, to kitchen cabinets to flooring choices there are many decisions to be made. We share our product knowledge and vendor relationships so clients can make informed, educated decisions.

Value Engineering

Keystone provides highly detailed construction budgets so our clients can understand all of the costs in building their home. These detailed cost breakdowns help our clients make decisions about where it might be worth spending a premium and where they may want to consider reducing the work scope. Keystone provides regular budget updates during construction so our clients can keep track of their costs.

Construction Management

Keystone’s management of the construction process goes beyond just building the house. We work closely with our clients and their design team to keep them involved and informed. Building a house is a collaborative process. As the construction progresses there is always the possibility of changes to the design or the work scope. We help our clients understand the cost and scheduling impacts of any changes so they can make fully informed decisions.
