Our Design / Build services continue through all phases of construction. We help guide the entire building process, offering input on design decisions and material selections. These detailed breakdowns help our clients make decisions about where it might be worth spending a premium and where they may want to consider reducing the work scope. Keystone provides regular budget updates during construction so our clients can keep track of their costs.
- Construction Management – Keystone’s management of the construction process goes beyond just building the house. We work closely with our clients and their design team to keep them involved and informed. Building a house is a collaborative process.
