WRT typically acquires older, underutilized properties and through adaptive renovation is able to re-position them as viable real estate assets. Keystone understands the challenges inherent in redeveloping older properties and is experienced in the renovation, environmental clean up and the modernization of older properties. Keystone is a full service construction management firm. Keystone employs an experienced staff of project managers, site supervisors and construction personnel, whose construction expertise range from single and multi-family residential building to large scale commercial projects. Keystone manages all aspects of construction including site and infrastructure development, building construction and final finishes. Keystone works closely with architects, engineers and local officials to navigate the obstacles inherent to the construction process.
